Authentic Chinese Egg Rolls (from a Chinese person)

I made them for my family and they absolutely loved the egg rolls. The following day my son popped the left overs in the oven and they were as crispy as the previous day. Delicious, though I will note that I did not add mushroom because I did not have them handy and they were still awesome. We must try them with the mushrooms next time.

Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad

I loved the recipe. Rather than the Italian dressing, I used my homemade extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar with chopped garlic dressing. Next time I will try them with Greek olives.

Matzoh Ball Soup

I remember our neighbor made this soup for my mother when she was ill. I longed to find that flavor again since that was at least 4 decades ago. The soup was lovely and it brought back memories. Thank you
