Too Much Chocolate Cake
I made this cake exactly 'as is' and it was great! I am a chocoholic and REALLY wanted to add frosting or glaze, but I opted for just powdered sugar. I am glad I did! It wasn't needed at all! Moist and full of chocolate flavor! I also used mini chips. Will definitely make again and again!!!

Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta
My entire family loved this! I made the following ingredient modifications: an entire package of whole wheat penne, 2 - 14.5 oz. cans of diced tomatos with garlic, basil & oregano. I cooked 3 cloves of garlic in oil for a few, then added the spinach, then added the canned tomatos after the spinach was wilted. I cooked it altogether till the tomatos were nice and hot. After that, I tossed it in with the pasta and a couple ounces of feta. I let that cook for about a minute until the feta had metled, then sprinkled a couple more ounces of feta on top, stirred and served.

Italian Sausage Delight!
Wow! This was way better than I expected! I lightened it up by using hot italian turkey sausage, whole wheat penne and light zesty italian dressing. I didn't have peppers on hand so I doubled the amount of mushrooms. I can't wait to try it with peppers next time! I did as other reviewers suggested and doubled the amount of dressing. It was perfect! Will definitely make again!
