PHILADELPHIA Double-Chocolate Cheesecake

I am 34 weeks pregnant, and had a dream I was eating chocolate cheesecake. I couldn't get it out of my head. I made this recipe, but I bought one of the Oreo cookie pie crusts (it was less expensive and more convenient than a pack of oreos), and halved the recipe - no way I could eat a whole 13 x 9 pan! After testing, i used 5 oz of chocolate, and it was delicious. By way of cheesecakes, its pretty dense, and could quench any chocolate craving!

Blackberry Cobbler II

I followed the suggestions of the reviewers, and for once, it was a mistake. Doubling the dough is just too much!!! And the seeds were everywhere. My mother in law has a recipe without the seeds, Ill have to follow hers next time!

Baked Ziti with Sausage

I made this recipe exactly to specifications, except i used a little more sauce - my jar was bigger and I shredded my own mozzarella. It was very good, and not dry like the last time I made ziti. I do have to say that I bakes it at 350 for 25 minutes, and then another 10 without the foil and my onions were still very crunchy. Sautee the onions first, and maybe not use a whole onion. Otherwise, really good. I used the Bertolli Tomato and Basil sauce!

Stuffed Green Peppers I

I LOVED this recipe. I changed some stuff - used half ground turkey and half sausage. I season the sauce with Fresh basil, oregano and thyme and garlic. I also cooked my rice separatly with chicken broth, and added later. I served it with sautéed spinach, and some dinner rolls. I also used whole grain rice, and I would bet my savings that no one could tell the difference!! Also, used tomato sauce instead of tomato soup, that I seasoned as well!

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Id only made a roast beef once before, and it was horrible, but I gave this one a chance, since it seemed so easy. I cut 10 holes in the roast, and put a small clove of garlic in each hole, and I seasoned with whatever I could find in the cabinet. I baked it fat side up, as a reviewer had mentioned, and it turned out amazing. My roast was 2 1/2 pounds so I cooked it for 18 minutes, and turned the oven off. I took it out in 2 hrs and 15 minutes, and let it sit for about 40 min, while I mashed the potatoes and used the fat drippings to make gravy!! (That was easy, slowly adding about 2 tablesspoons of flour and about 1/3 of a cup of water to the dripping, mixing the whole while) It was right between MR and M, and was soooo great. My husband, who is a total meat and potatoes guy, said it was the BEST meal I had ever made him, and wanted me to print out the recipe so he could keep it to make sure I didnt lose it!!!

Jerre's Black Bean and Pork Tenderloin Slow Cooker Chili

I made this extremely easy meal one day, not expecting much. I used a Loin roast, instead of a tenderloin - you cook it for so long, it will come out tender. My family surprisingly stopped by and I served it over rice, with a little bit of cheese. My 15-year-old sister begged my Mom to get the recipie, my mom went out and got a crock pot so she can make it and my Dad - the meat-and-potato guy - was telling everyone how good it was. I froze the leftovers and send it with myhusband when he travels!!! I'm going home to eat some leftovers now!!!! Yum... Oh, I used Cilatro salsa and added corn and some hot sauce! Perfect, easy dinner!!!
