Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
FABULOUS, delicious, wonderful, VERY very moist, LOVE IT !!! You absolutely must try this, but here are just a couple changes I made. Instead of shortening, I used 2 sticks of Blue Bonnet light. I used 2 Tablespoons of Mir.Whip & it was fine. Right before adding the flour mixture, I mixed in 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of banana extract ! I added just a little extra walnuts and it was perfect. The banana extract just really helped to top it all off I think. I also used some of the batter to make muffins. My kids both love this, and we can't stop eating it !!!

Satiny Chocolate Glaze
FANTASTIC ! My brother in law can't have any kind of milk what-so-ever. Made him a special cake that he could have, and used this recipe instead of frosting over the top. ( no milk in semi-sweet chips ) Everyone loved it, so yummy !!! I've since made the usual version of choc. cake with this too, and I've come to like it BETTER than frosting !

Sweet and Sour Meatloaf
I was really excited to try this sauce and it was so good ! The actual loaf was just O.K. - I am going to stick with my personal meatloaf recipe but am using this wonderful sauce from now on with it ! I always put in a whole packet of dry onion soup mix in the meat mixture as well as a litle ketchup & garlic salt. But this sauce was so tangy & yummy ! My family liked it too. One thing I forgot -- my usual glaze on top is equal parts honey & ketchup. The second time I made this sauce I added just a little of some kethup/honey mix with it and it was even better ! I just used a small amount to taste though.
