Mini Cheeseburgers

These were great! I used A1 steak sauce instead of ketchup and garlic, though, because that was the flavor I was wanting. I'm sure it's really good as is and I will try it with these ingredients next time!

Spaghetti with Garlic and Basil

Loved it! I had to use dry basil and shredded Parmesan from a bag due to my tight budget. I eyeballed all the herbs and spices and added 1/2 lb ground turkey. I had to double the amount of butter when I did this because the added meat dried out the dish. It was great! Will definitely make again!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

This recipe was very easy to make. One thing to note, though, is if your substituting margarine for butter, do not add any salt. I made that mistake and it was way to salty. I made a few with vanilla and it made it much sweeter. I will definitely use this recipe again!

This is soo good and easy. Add about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla (I eyeball it) and top with vanilla ice cream for a quick and easy chocolate fix! And, in my opinion, this is so rich it's enough for two people to share!

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa

This is so good! I've made it twice now. I used a drained 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes both times (I like thinner salsa) and it's turned out wonderfully! My boyfriend doesn't like salsa or tomato and even he loves it! It gets better every day it sits in the fridge too! Quadruple this recipe and keep it handy! I would like to try canning this one someday!
