Sausage and Egg Casserole

Love this stuff! The first time I made a sausage casserole it was amazing, but I lost that recipe. This recipe is so similar it could be exact, but this one wasn't as fluffy as my first. I'll add more eggs next time.

Split Pea Soup

I would give it 6 stars if I could, and I never even give anything 5. I added a little minced garlic, and I always use stock instead of water to make soup. I used 8 cups of stock and this came out perfectly. Mine isn't too thick at all. It's so good I cant stop eating it. Going back for another bowl!

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

Good, but needs seasoning. I sautéd 1 chopped onion with the beef and still found it to be bland so I increased the wostershire and added a little granulated garlic. It came out quite good. Cheap and easy and very tasty with a little more seasoning.

I thought this was way too sweet. My kids didn't like it either. It might be good with less sugar. I may try to make it again but I will change the recipe.

Corned Beef and Cabbage I

This was my first time making corned beef and cabbage and it came out all right. The meat was tender and juicy but something was missing from the flavor. When I make this again I will add garlic most definately and some other seasonings as well. Also, I like the idea of finishing it off in the oven with a glaze. Boiled meat needs more than a seasoning packet.
