Rutabaga Salad
Very, very good! And, a great way to use that one last rutabaga from our CSA share. Substituted (sorry) ground pine nuts for the nutritional yeast because I didn't have any (heck, I never even heard of it!) which added a nice creamy element to the dressing. I also used tri-color couscous and added some shredded carrots for color because otherwise the dish is not very appealing. :)

Spinach Mushroom Quiche
Great recipe that is easily adaptable to whatever you have on hand. I substituted frozen spinach (thawed), onion soup mix, and cheddar cheese, and added bacon bits for some extra flavor.

Blueberry Pigs
I love the idea, but what a mess! The berries kept rolling out when I tried to roll the crust. Delicious anyway! I'll try again--maybe with a little more patience next time.
