The Best Fresh Tomato Salsa
Read all the previous reviews before I made this and followed the advice of many to add garlic. A note to those who commented that 4 jalapenos was too spicy, read carefully and you will notice that the recipe calls for 4 TEASPOONS, not 4 whole peppers. Big difference, especially if you are serving anyone who can't stand the heat, LOL.

Shredded Brussels Sprouts
Went looking for a new way to prepare brussels sprout...So glad I did! I did sub pecans for the pine nuts, as that was all I had and used a jar of real bacon bits as a time saver. Both worked out great. When I warmed the leftovers I threw in a handful of golden yummy! For those who find brussels sprouts too bitter, try a light sprinkle of red wine vinegar added just before they're done cooking. Thanks for a new easy family favorite!!

Honey Mustard Dressing II
My husband used to love a bottled Maple Djon dressing that is no longer available. I modified this recipe by using yogurt in place of the mayo and maple syrup for the honey. Served it with side salads for his birthday dinner and he thought I had found that bottled dressing somewhere!
