Thick-Style Lebanese Garlic Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2013
Really tasty to eat with chicken kabob. I needed to add the egg white to thick the sauce, even with the immersion blender.

Shish Tawook Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2013
Just like our favorite Middle Eastern chicken kabob! I added a few dashes of paprika, tumeric, and cayenne pepper, plus an extra clove of garlic just to kick it up. Part of our regular rotation now!

Earl Grey Martini

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2013
Made this for a dinner party, and my guests loved it! It was so simple to make. I brewed tea bags in Bombay Sapphire Gin for a few hours and then mixed it with lemonade. So easy and so tasty!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2011
Very happy with how these turned out. * Changed: Just added a bit more vanilla. * Flavor: It's a mild flavor so they do need frosting. * Difficulty: I put it in the fridge for 1 hour and then rolled it out. Had no problem once I dusted flour on the counter and rolling pin. Easy dough to work with. Conclusion: 5 stars! Would use this recipe again.

Robbi's M&M Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2011
Great M&M cookie recipe! I used mini m&ms instead of large ones for better chocolate distribution. I also used half butter, half butter-flavored shortening, instead of all shortening. I added a bit more vanilla extract as well. Delicious cookie dough and very tasty cookies. Soft, fluffy, and a little crunchy on the edges. Will make again!

Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
I have made this recipe three years in a row. I love it because it's quick, easy, and tasty. The cranberries are so pretty with the varying reds. Then all you need is sugar (I did half brown and half red) and orange juice, which I always have on hand. Some people add spices (like cinnamon), and I tried this one year, but I prefer the simple version of orange and cranberry. Add a little orange (or clementine!) zest on top and it's a perfect Thanksgiving side dish.
