I bought two small bunches of kale, figuring I'd need both (and I did, but only had room for one of the bunches on my large pan). I lined the pan with foil, spread out the pieces, sprayed lightly with olive oil, used a garlic and sea salt grinder to season them, and ended baking them about 20 minutes, using tongs to move them around and turn them every one to two minutes after the 10 minute mark. My whole family was amazed at how (good) they tasted. My 8 y.o. wanted to know how I could make them taste like tortilla chips! Will make again soon!
