Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
the best and easiest pizza crust EVER. love love love it! so much better than any store bought and probably takes the same amount of time (if not less) to get ready... :) i used this recipe and made pizza for a dinner we hosted. another pizza was made with a store bought crust. out of the two: this crust was a hit!

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2011
YUM!! this recipe is absolutely to die for! i did what a lot of other reviewers said to do and doubled to sauce, this was plenty to coat the rice and dip my naan bread into. i also marinated the chicken over night and i think it added to the delicious flavor! we don't have a grill, so i did what another reviewer had suggested and made my own makeshift grill: covered a cookie sheet with foil, put the skewered chicken on a cookie rack on top of this and broiled it for 10 minutes, turning the skewers once - turned out beautiful and delicious! i would totally recommend this to anyone who loves chicken tikka marsala, as it tastes just as good (if not better) than anything you can find in a restaurant! :)

Chicken and Cashews

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2011
this was really easy to make and tasted good too! i did add fresh garlic as well as broccoli to the mix, as it seems to be quite bare without. i also used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and i don't think it makes a difference in the taste. i also doubled the recipe for 2 people and it was plenty! thanks for a simple addition to my asian food recipes! :)

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2010
I love love love this recipe! These really are the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies out there! Well, if you can get them right... I have made a few changes to the original recipe: I first halved the ingredients (serving size changed to 12) and it still yields anywhere between 18-24 cookies! I also don't cook them the full 10 minutes stated here - I usually only keep them in the oven for about 5 min or until they are just a tiny, little bit golden on the top. This way they stay super soft on the inside even after sitting out and hardening a bit more on the outside. So yummy!
