Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
The only modification I did was that I did the 1.5c of brown sugar, and 1.5c of white sugar. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. (as soon as I took them out, I slathered them with Andes chips) 1. Taste is fine, its chocolate, but it ISNT a fudge-y tasting brownie. 2. I did use a 9x13 pan @ 35 minutes and the edges ARE overdone, but past the edges, nice and soft. 3. They are NOT a break apart, fudge-y, chewy brownie. These were very much like a cakier brownie to me. Which isn't what I was looking for. I wanted a flatter, thinner, stickier brownie. For what I'M looking for, I wouldn't make these again.

Easy Lemon Cookies
These were recommended to me & I gave them a go....AND they are pretty darn good!! Even the ppl in my house that don't care for lemon, loved em! I didn't have lemon extract so I just used a bunch of lemon juice & vanilla extract. Unless you make smaller cookies, 1 box ISN'T enuff!! Lol Easy, tasty. Def make many more times :)

Four Cheese Sauce
This is MY SAUCE! When I say that, I mean it in terms that this is ALL I use for cheese sauce. It is THAT good! ITA, you do have to use quality ingredients, you have to be ready to do a lot of stirring in the sauce pan, but it is WELL worth it. PS) It makes A LOT!! This is NOT a 2 person sauce recipe. Plan on having lots of leftovers, but plan on them all being eaten!
