Three Berry Pie

Awesome!! My family loves this recipe. I make this pie all the time. I use a variation of fruits, always frozen. The only change is I added 1/4 up of constartch as suggested by other reviews.

Tofu Parmigiana

This was the first time I had ever cooked with tofu, and it was excellent. Even my boyfiend, who doesn't like anyhting without beef, thought it was great. I used more sauce than it called for, and it still could have had a little more. But overall, I thought it was great.

Wild Mushroom Stuffing

This was the best stuffing I've ever had. I had several people at my dinner table that didn't like stuffing, but they loved this.
