Onigiri - Japanese Rice Balls

Yum! These were really good. We used a rice cooker and put salmon inside instead of fish flakes. Also halved the recipe as suggested by others and still had 8-9 small balls which was plenty. Would definitely recommend this recipe.

FROGHOPPER's Candied Ginger Carrots

Yum! Great recipe! I used regular tri-color carrots and just cut them up in pieces. I also used fresh ginger and they turned out great. We are not huge cooked carrots fans, but these are really good.

The Original Fantasy Fudge

LOVE this recipe! I made 2 batches of it this holiday. I omitted the nuts, added some peppermint oil and some crushed peppermint on top and it was really good. Everyone loved it!
