Campbell's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2012
I added a cup of milk, half a block of cream cheese and another cup of shredded cheeses. Heated them all together with cheddar soup. Added a dash of worcestershire, and onion salt and pepper to taste. Absolutely yummy this way.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2012
For all the time it takes to prepare this dish, it should have five star flavor, but I didn't think it did. It was tasty but not worth all the work.

Blue Cheese Potato Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2012
Took other reviewer advice and decreased the olive oil mixture by 1/2 and added blue cheese to warm potatoes which gives it a more creamy texture. Also added 2 t. of dried dill. Yummy!

Brie and Walnut Tartlets

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
Very sweet nut combination overtakes the yummy taste of Brie cheese. Probably won't make again although my guests enjoyed them more than I did.

New England Clam Chowder I

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2011
I was so disappointed :( Definitely have to make a roux to thicken it. Added a little worcestershire sauce like someone else recommended. Wish I had boiled the potatoes in clam juice.

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2011
Fantastic! Used boneless chicken breasts instead of wings and it was mouth watering. You can even get away with less butter/hot sauce if you desire.

I cut the whole recipe in half (perfect for two servings without leftovers), and simmered on the stove with rosemary instead of basil. It was fabulous!

Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
Used less cajun seasoning on shrimp as others suggested and added a little amount to the first broth, but still it was a bit bland. probably should have used the 1 T cajun seasoning for which the recipe calls.

Per other reviewers, I covered the stuffed chicken in flour first, mixed 1/4 butter with 1/2 c. chicken broth for the "dip," and covered with panko bread crumbs. Absolutely delicious!!!

Used sage instead of coriander. Broiled in oven 4 minutes per side and topped with cheese. Absolutely fabulous! Tastes exactly like sausage but without the calories and fat.

Sage Pork Chops

Yummy as is! Used the broth to make gravy for added flavor but it was delicious without it too.
