Double Tomato Bruschetta

Easy Brownie Mix Cookies

These cookies were amazing. I did as another suggested and I refrigerated them overnight and then cooked them for about 10 minutes (until the tops were cracked.) They were gone in a flash!

This was amazing. However too spicy for my little ones. I will just remove the cayenne and pepper flakes for them next time. Also I omitted the anchovy and halved the honey. I only has tomato sauce and it worked.

Baked Tofu Bites

This was good. Didn't have vinegar some added lemon juice and omitted liquid smoke. Added some ground ginger. My family and I loved it. Would cook it longer and have more sauce next time.
