Pumpkin Cookies V

The cookies were really easy to assemble and tasted good. I used a 1/4 measuring cup to scoop and flatten the cookies. I dipped the tops of the cooled cookies in the caramel glaze and then topped with fall colored sprinkles.

Real Hummus

I just made this today with a few adjustments...I used 3 cloves of garlic 1 TBS Tahini, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a little cumin. This was really awesome!!! I am super impressed! Much better than grocery store brands!

Mexican Rice II

Banana Crumb Muffins

I just made these today and had to review them. These muffins are divine! These are very sweet especially the crumb topping...but I love sweets so these are perfect in my opinion. I did add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts to the batter and cooked 20 minutes. This yielded 11 huge muffins. Enjoy these delicious muffins!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

These are great...I used a 9x13 pan and just baked for about 10 extra minutes. Very moist I will use this recipe every time I have over ripened bananas.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

My mom came to visit last Sunday and brought me a huge zucchini from her garden and I had no idea what to do with it. So I checked out this website and decided to make this bread. This recipe is really good and easy! I cut the oil down to 3/4 cup. I also made one loaf of bread and about 8 really big muffins! I will make this again soon.

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This carrot cake is very good but I changed it a bit. I cut down on the oil to 1 cup and the powered sugar to 1 and 3/4 cup and it was plenty sweet. Next time I make this I will cut the powdered sugar down a bit more, but overall a good recipe!

Banana Banana Bread

This bread was really good, but really dense. I added about one teaspoon of vanilla, a teaspoon of cinnamon and some chopped walnuts. I will make this bread recipe again!

Autumn Cheesecake

This cheesecake was really good. I used granny smith apples and doubled the cheese mixture I baked it for about 80 minutes, it turned out really creamy! Wonderful when topped with caramel sauce.

Honey Bun Cake I

Very good cake it disappeared in minutes when I took it to work. I made a few adjustments though. I did not use all of the brown sugar it just seemed like too much, I used only about 3/4 cup as opposed to 1 cup. I also frosted it with Clone a Cinnabon cream cheese frosting I found on this site! Overall an easy delicious cake!

No Time to Cook Chicken

I used low sodium cream of mushroom soup instead of the cream of celery. I also added a chopped onion, a can of mushrooms and some spices. This dish was very good and very easy. The extra spices and sour cream made the dish taste fabulous. I will make this again and again!!

This recipe was so easy and delicious! I made it for New Years Day! Everyone that ate it loved it! I highly recommend this one! I topped it with cream cheese frosting and crushed walnuts! FABULOUS!!

Herbed Pork and Apples

I made this recipe on New Years Day. I was really nervous because I didn't know if people would like the "sweet" meat, but let me tell you everyone raved about this recipe. They said it was the best pork dish they had ever tasted, and they even asked for the recipe. I used a pork tenderloin and it worked wonderfully!!

Cinnamon Bread I

This recipe was so quick and easy!! I made it last night for my boyfriend to take to work the next day. I had no problem with the topping sinking to the bottom it was swirled through perfectly. I used really cold butter, so that might have something to do with it. I topped it with cream cheese frosting and it was delicious!!!!
