I just made this lasagna, and it was very very good. I do have to say the salt content was a bit much, BUT if your using low sodium tomato items or no sodium, then I can see the need for the tablespoon of salt. My husband thought it was PERFECT, he takes a salt shaker to everything though. I will definitely make this again, will reduce the salt to 1 teaspoon or omit and then salt to taste after about an hour of cooking the sauce. I used a 9 x 13 casserole dish and layered 4 lasagna sheets (instead of 6) on each layer, to give me 3 layers instead of 2.
