I tried this and I'm very confused. I had the chicken in my fridge for a good 2-3 days before I attempted to cook it.. so I assume it was fully defrosted by the time I went to make it. However, when i cooked it I checked it after the 7 minutes it claims to need and it wasn't done.. so I left it in another 7 before takingit out. It was raw. We ended up turning the oven up to 375 and leaving it in for an hour more and checking repeatedly with a meat thermometer before it was actually edible. I wish some one could tell me what I did wrong. Why didn't mine get done in 7 minutes?! It was actually quite good once it wasnt raw but I don't understand how to cook chicken fully in so little time. HELP
