Creamy Horseradish Garlic Spread
Fantastic! I'm waiting for the family to get home to try it out on our corned beef dinner tonight. This is a recipe I'm sure I will use again, there are so many possibilities to use as an accompaniment. I do something similar as a warm sauce for polenta and pasta, but I add Parmesan, sauteed shallots and white wine. This recipe is perfection as is however, as a spread. Thanks for sharing!

Ginger Steak
This was good for a cheap supermarket top sirloin. I usually make our steaks with basic salt & pepper; My husband likes a good quality Rib- eye, while I prefer a nice Tenderloin Filet. The only substitutions for me were fresh garlic, basil and ginger, and rice vinegar as opposed to the lemon juice. I also used a low-sodium Tamari for the soy sauce,and reduced the salt. I marinated the steaks in the mixture while at work, only to tenderize the cheaper cuts of meat. Very nice flavor, although my husband still prefers the taste of "just meat". I will use this again when my local market has a special on the cheaper cuts of beef. I am glad I came across this recipe. I love me some Ginger!

Salt and Vinegar Chicken
This is amazing! I tried this recipe with a bit of hesitation, followed the ingredients to a T, which I usually do not, as I have my own preferences. The poultry seasoning I use is my own blend of sage, thyme, ginger, rosemary and savory. My daughter who does not like poultry loved it! I am fixing this up again tonight. It is so simple as well. Especially since my husband cooks it on the grill in a disposable foil pan. I will be marinating it for at least 6 hours, as I did the first time. I noticed some reviews mentioned Italian dressing. What's that about? With a good poultry seasoning, there is no need.
