Egg-Free Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies

I was really disappointed by these cookies. I followed the recipe closely - added a bit extra cinnamon on the advice of another reviewer. The dough smelled wonderful and they certain smelled good while they were in the oven but they didn't really bake through. The cookies were very doughy, and chewy. I think I'll go back to my regular recipe and just cut back on the sugar - these were a huge disappointment!

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

I just made these, as part of my holiday baking and they turned out really well. I did add 1 tsp of vanilla and some christmassy sprinkles on top though. They are very moist and really chocolatey. I'll definitely make these again!

Soft Christmas Cookies

I made these for the first time this year for Christmas. They turned out wonderfully and were delicious. I'm not a big fan of cookie cutters so this sugar cookie recipe was a bonus for me, I think that they were the best sugar cookies I've ever made, I had a lot of compliments on them. yum!

Rugelach

This recipe was first attempt at rugelach (I wanted to make something familiar for my Jewish father-in-law who was attending our Christmas celebration). I used chopped white chocolate chips as well as nuts and cinnamon and it was a big hit. I'll be making this again for the Holidays. Thanks!

Applesauce Cake I

I made it without any cloves (we don't like cloves) and loved it!! I was a little concerned about the density of the batter while I was mixing it but the cake turned out beautifully. I'll definitely be making this again!! (Thanks!!)
