Tricia's Pineapple Cheese Casserole

This is an absolutely delicious side dish, especially with ham. It's good hot or cold. It's great to tote along to a pot luck.

Rub Noodle Potato Soup

I've been looking for this recipe for years. This is the way my mom made potato soup. It's delcious -- one of those recipes that is much better than it sounds.
