Maple Salmon
Used this recipe for a cooking contest. And I won. I added a little honey to the mix. I used tamari sauce instead of soy sauce. Took the salmon out of the oven and placed it on a bed of spinach. Very good recipe and I will continue to use this for guests that love and hate fish. I had people that judged the contest that said the hate salmon but they actually enjoyed this dish.

Roasted Rack of Lamb
Very good. Tasted like it was coked at a 5 star restaurant. I added a little more garlic to the recipe just because I like garlic. I added some garlic while searing the lamb. Lot's of fun to cook. I made it for our Valentines Day dinner. My wife smiled loved it.

Simple Baked Apples
My six year old son and two year old daughter loved this. I used Stevia sugar instead of regular white sugar because it's healthier. I also diced the apples and when they came out of the oven I added them to Quaker Instant Oatmeal for a really delicious and healthy breakfast. Very easy recipe to follow. It also makes your house smell like apple pie.
