The Ultimate Pasta Salad
This excellent pasta salad is jam packed with yummy ingredients, and is hearty enough to eat as a meal. I have made it for parties and everyone loves it and requests the recipe. The recipe makes a ton of servings, so I always take some leftovers to work to share with others.

World's Best Lasagna
This recipe is so yummy! I added an extra can of sauce and tomato paste and ended up with a lot of extra sauce, which I froze and used later as a spaghetti sauce. Since it is just me, my husband, and my 2 year old at home I always split this recipe into 2 dishes; I bake one for that night and freeze the other for a later night. That way if someone I know has a baby or is sick, etc, I always have a lasagna on hand to take to them. I have gotten rave reviews from everyone who has eaten it!

Easy Broccoli Quiche
I made this quiche tonight after reading a lot of the reviews, and with some adjustments it turned out great. My husband was skeptical at first, but after he took his first bite he loved it. As other reviewers suggested I made these adjustments: used store bought roll out dough for crust, pressed cheese layer into crust, pre-baked crust for a few minutes before adding filling, used a little less than 1 cup of milk, used an extra egg, omitted the butter and used olive oil, added a cup of chopped mushrooms, used a mixture of half cheddar and half mozzerella cheese, and only used 1/3 of the onion. I actually had enough filling to make 2 quiches; I made one tonight and put the other in the freezer for another night. Next time I think I will add some diced ham to the mix.
