Homemade Butter

I have never made it in a blender, but accidently came upon an easy way to make homemade butter also. I froze a carton of whipping cream(expecting that I could thaw and use at a later time) but when I thawed it out and shook it up, it turned to butter.

Eggs Benedict

I like this recipe, but I did make a few changes to the sauce. I'm not a lemon lover, so I use a mixture of vinegar and wine. I also put Tarragon in my sauce. I find it really gives it a nice change of flavor..I guess this is more like a Bernaise sauce, but is the preferred sauce in my house.

Sauteed Green Beans

This was good. I changed it a bit though. I love garlic, so I sliced a whole head of garlic, and fried it to golden brown with the bacon before adding the other ingredients. This does not make it too garlicky, but just utterly delicious.
