Baked Potato Soup

Very yummy. I just put everything in the crock pot, minus the bacon, and let it sit for about 4 hours. Then I put in the blender to make it really creamy.

We went crabbing and didn't catch enough for a real boil, so I made this. We used fresh asparagus, and put it in raw and let it cook in the casserole. I think the fresh ingredients made this dish a lot better!

Kidney Bean Salad

I just made this recipe and I like it very much. I'm going to try red onions the next time though, I need to kick it up a notch (I may have lived in the south too long).

BUSH'S® Black Bean Con Queso Dip

I like this dip. It makes a lot and I can freeze some for later. I did add additional jalepenos and red pepper to spice it up a little. I LOVE black beans!
