Cranberry Orange Cookies

Very good, everyone loved them and I got a lot of requests for the recipe. To get them flatter, press gently with a fork after you roll them out on the pan before baking.

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

Very good. Like other reviewers suggested, I increased the milk to 3/4 cup and put half of the topping mix with the blueberry layer. I also added a glaze made with conf. sugar and lemon juice.

Very cinnamon-y and tasty. The dough is the easiest I've ever worked with. Mine turned out drier and harder than I would have liked but perhaps I overbaked them.

These are wonderful cookies. They are soft and chewy and stored in a sealed bag, they are still good after almost 2 weeks!

Chocolate Mint Cookies I

Very delicious cookies. I baked mine for 9 minutes and used Andes mints which, because of the green color, gives the melted chocolate a lighter swirl. Very chocolaty and the mint flavor is a surprise.

Pecan Tassies

These are very tasty and are always a hit at holiday parties. Use a mini tart shaper to form the dough in your muffin tins. It makes it a lot easier!

This is simply delicious and quite versatile. Other substitutions and/or additions that you might want to consider are dried cranberries, candy orange slices, and red and green cherries to make it look festive.

Strawberry Chocolate Mousse Cake

I am a chocoholic and I really loved this. I used crushed graham crackers for the base and added more strawberries on top. It was beautiful when I removed the springform pan. A divine and decadent recipe for sure!

Southern Praline Pecan Cake

This is a delicious cake! Like many other reviewers suggested, I reduced the oil to 2/3 cup and it came out perfect. I couldn't find the butter pecan cake mix either, so I used a yellow cake mix.

Buckeye Balls II

Wonderful but don't do as I did and make the mistake of not knowing that 4 cups of "sifted" sugar is much less than 4 cups of actual sugar right out of the box. I had to double my other ingredients to make it come out right. Stupidity on my part! But they turned out great!
