Elegant Penne with Asparagus and Shrimp

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2012
This was absolutely delicious! I added some scallops to mine to give it more of a seafood flair, and it worked very well! My fiance loved it, and it had just enough spice in it for both of us. Excellent recipe that will be used in my house over and over again!

This was a great, quick lunch to make!! I used white rice instead of brown rice, but it still turned out delicious. My boyfriend loved it and thought it was very creative.

Neptune's Favorite Crab Bisque

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
This was wonderful! I made it last night for my boyfriend and I, and it was delicious! I used crab and clams, and also cut the amount of wine in half. Plus I added some garlic powder and some paprika to give it a bit more zing, and it was soooo yummy!!!

15-Minute Dinner Nachos Supreme

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2010
This recipe was absolutely delicious!!! I did it a little differently, leaving off all the toppings so we could put as much/little on as we wanted. My boyfriend said this rates as one of his new favorites, and he wants it at least twice a month!!! We loved this dish!!!

Flounder with Shrimp Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2010
I'm not sure what exactly happened, but my flounder completely disintegrated while it baked in the oven. I had decided to just cook the fillets instead of rolling them, because I had no toothpicks. After I had removed the covering, basically all that remained in the pan was water, shrimp, and some mounds of what had been flounder fillets. It just looked like mush. My boyfriend, who will normally eat whatever is put in front of him, couldn't even eat it. The sauce was good, so I gave this recipe 2 stars.
