This was a terrific salad, tangy and sweet and just perfect. Even my brother, who was afraid to eat anything I cooked due to past experience (far distant past, thank you) LOVED it. A very nice variation on the standard.

Screaming Potatoes

This was an amazing side dish. You wouldn't think anything this easy to prepare could taste this good. I was concerned about leaving the potatoes whole rather than sliced but they cooked perfectly.

Baked Spinach

I seriously messed up when making this recipe and it still was delicious. I used a 20 ounce can of spinach so I only have two layers and used less butter and milk in anf effort to cut calories, the result was still great. I also added some garlic powder, the smell was wonderful.

Italian-Style Pork Tenderloin

This recipe is wonderful! I have a sensitivity to garlic in its natural state so I used garlic powder and it was just as tasty as I imagine the original recipe would be. My husband gushed over it. I used a small (1lb) pork loin, perfect for two people. Thanks Richard.

Salt and Pepper Chicken

Baked Lamb Chops

This is a terrific recipe, perfect for dinner after a long day of work. I added a bit more worchestershire sauce as my husband loves it, and it was delicious. No kid-friendly rating included as, well, there aren't any in our house yet!
