Heavenly Angel Food Cake

a bit too sweet so i had to balance it with whipped cream and strawberries. next time should make it 3/4 cup of icing sugar.

Cinnamon Rolls II

very good nice and soft, i quarter the brown sugar and half the butter and use 3/4 tbsp cinnamon for half recipe. they are great the best i have so far. i like my cream cheese savory so i add salt and pepper instead sugar and vanilla. i also proff them for 1 hour before i fill and roll them

Peppy's Pita Bread

VERY GOOD MY FIRST PITA BREAD, if you don't have bread machine just mix them by hand . don't overwork them so all will puff up evenly. rest for 40-1 hour till double in size. roll then not to thinly or to thick , just about half centimeter. most important put ice cube under it and a bit water so the steam are evenly. ( this will make it soft and puff up evenly ) . the first batch i only cover them with towel but not working too well ( esp if you them in oven too long ) for the second batch i put them in a container line with clean damp kitchen towel , put the bread cover with the rest of the towel the close the container, the steam will make them soft.

Sourdough Starter

make this for oatmeal sour dough and turn out great. i use it while it 4 days old but already can taste faint sour dough taste. will make it again for another sour dough when the started 2 weeks old. great!! my first time but the result is fantastic. i feed mine once or twice a day 1/4 c flour and water also a pinch of sugar. i make a very nice sweet rice wine smell and also a nice brown liquid on top which completely normal. i dived the started to 2 container so it doesn't over flow. after i use it i replace it with 1 cup of water and flour. leave it out side for 1 day then go back to the fridge.

Pull-Apart Hot Cross Buns

very good, just bake it and turn out very good. i forgot that i don't have cardamom in hand so i change it to cinnamon . and increase the yeast to 12 gr. for the topping i don't use icing but use honey. turn out very nice and sweet and sticky. 1 recipes turn out for 24x24 pan

okay, the taste actually very good but the middle turn out a bit doughy and the top is already very dark brown. will make again next time but maybe cover with aluminum foil and bake it about 50 min or make it into smaller rounds and put it on baking paper cup .

love it , i slightly reduce the sugar around 2 tbsp since i don't like somrthing too sweet. these come out perfectly. crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Banana Pancakes I

very good love it serve with peanut butter sauce like other reviewer suggested and add some chocolate sauce and strawberry. i even add a bit of chunky peanut butter inside the batter . great! my bro added some crushed Oreo inside drizzle with chocolate and dust with icing sugar.

not sure about this recipe but willing to try it i hope it turn out well. for me 10 normal eggs is completely normal since in my country indonesia we often bake cakes with many egg it can even up to 30 eggs ( just egg yolk )

love lovelove this recipe, easy and super duper delicious , i can think many variation with these recipe. i love the sauce as well is like an easy caramel sauce without any fuss and quick . ps: i change the pecans to sunflower seeds since i don't have pecans at home

Belgian Waffles

4.5 star , good but not practical when you are in hurry . since there a lot of sugar in it , it will brown very quickly. what i like a bout this is that it stays crispy even it cool down the key is to use very hot temp and not much of the batter. this make a lot more than 8 with my waffle make it make about 15. will deveniatly make this again if have time the night before. and next time half the recipe

Mulberry Pie

love love love the recipe. this is the first fruit pie that i make that turn out not runny and it's nice since it used up all my frozen mulberry. i reduce the sugar to 3/4 cup and perfect for me but my husband would like it to be a little sweeter. for the pie crust i also use the one from this recipe.
