About this Cook
One thing that you may not know about me is that I am a #1 Bestselling Author on Amazon for my book on Social Media, and Web 2.0 for Internet Marketing. The book is called, SOLD! A Proven Social Media Strategy for Generating Real Estate Leads. In months, I generated approximately $5 million dollars in closed transactions and approximately $95,000 in commissions in the real estate industry. I now consult with individuals, companies, and marketing agencies how to do build an online presence with their products, services, and brand.
My favorite things to cook
I know this sounds crazy, but I enjoy cooking for my wife and daughter. My favorite things to cook are the foods that they enjoy. For example, they like spicy mayonnaise chicken, chicken marsala, egg battered tofu with orange sauce, pasta with cream sauce, sopas, enchiladas, rotisserie chicken with hominy and chiles, mole, chile rellenos, cedar plank salmon, steamed veggies, and much more.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Mexican food. Every since I was 5 years old, I was raised around the flavors of Mexico. There is a difference in flavor based location, and my food has an unforgettable flavor.
My cooking triumphs
For a long time I tried cooking Navratan korma. I finally got it right, once. After that it went down hill again. The one time that I did get it right, my family and I devoured it.
My cooking tragedies
I had a hash brown experience that made me so mad once. I just took the whole pan and threw it away. My wife and daughter looked at me as if I were crazy, but there was no way that I, or they, was going to eat that. We just had toast that day.

Barbie's Tuna Salad
Great stuff. Added peas and a teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
This is the best banana bread that I have ever made. As a macho man, I like baking and I learned it from my mother. Yeah, Mama's boy here. Regardless, I had no sour cream, so I used non-fat plain Greek style yogurt. I also used half all-purpose flour and half almond-flour. It bakes perfectly! My wife and daughter love it!

Spanish Rice II
This was very good. My favorite Spanish rice is oven-baked rice made by my late Grandmother. This is probably the closest to it...and it's not even baked in the oven.
