English Toffee

I love this recipe, it is simple and I usually have the ingredients around the house already. I have made it with and without out the almonds, you really can't tell the difference. I have also added a pinch of salt to bring out the flavor a little more.This toffee is especially good when dipped in white chocolate. This recipe is a keeper for sure!

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Recipe is simple to make but, if you are used to using store-bought fondant, this makes a soft very pliable fondant. It is easier to knead than store-bought. I love the simplicity for this recipe but do not prefer it. Regular fondant has more elasticity and not so much give. This butter cream pulls apart very easily. I will use it for quick projects but will opt for the Marshmallow Fondant for the professional appearance.
