Did not have Grape Nuts, so I used Fiber One after processing in the food processsor for a few minutes. Great taste and texture!

Buttermilk Honey Wheat Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2006
This is the best whole wheat bread I have ever made. I baked it in my Bread deMies pan, the one with the lid with holes, and it came out crustless and with the texture and shape of store bought bread, ready for sandwiches. The only variation is that I added 1 Tablespoon of Gluten, to make it really spongy and fluffy. Awesome bread!!!

Great bread, very moist. I also added a Tablespoon of gluten to produce a fluffy loaf.

Portuguese Sweet Bread I

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2004
I made this recipe for 18 servings (1.5 times the ingredients) and I baked the loaves (2) in my pullman bread pans. They came out perfectly rectangular, with no dome and ready to be sliced. Once sliced, they look exactly like storebought slices, with no crust. I cannot bake bread in any other pan, other than the pullman bread ones. The only catch is that they are very expensive here (I bought mine overseas, for 5 dollars a piece).

Moist and delicious cake. Last time I tossed in there a bag of dried fruit and turned into a beautiful fruitcake. My kids loved it!
