Szechwan Shrimp

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes

Very good. I modified by making it on the stove (ran out of foil), used a can of diced tomatoes and no wine (had none on hand). Also added a splash of lemon juice. Very yummy and my kids ate it too - always gets an extra star for that!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

I want to give this 3.5 stars, it's an odd mixture but at the same time oddly good. I used 1 can black beans and 1/2 can kidney beans. I followed all other directions exactly - they looked great! My family ate them, even my 10 month old, but nobody raved. My husband would like me to keep this recipe and add less potato and more bean mixture thinking it would be a bit better. We'll see!

Lemon-Orange Orange Roughy

This is a really good recipe. I thought the sauce we delicious, and I will try it on other things also. I used bottled oj and lemon juice and a little citrus seasoning ( I did not have the lemon pepper seasoning) I used more than it called for and it turned out great with enough sauce leftover to pour on the fish. A very yummy, light dish.

Baked Orange Roughy Italian-Style

Good recipe for a quick weeknight meal. I did not use parmesan b/c I only had ramano, and used garlic and herb seasoning plus a little Old Bay. Overall, I'd try it again.

Spinach Quiche

Fabulous recipe. I modified slightly to ensure it fit into the crust. I only used 3 eggs, regular feta (added garlic and herb spice mix instead), and fresh mushrooms. So good in fact, I pureed some of the spinach and mushroom mixture for my 7 month old and he couldn't eat it fast enough. I will make this over and over again.

Chicken Enchilada Dip

Seems like it would be missing something when you make it. But wait until it is tasted! Delicious. I will keep this one on hand for another party where I need an appetizer. Nice change from the buffalo chicken dip!

Cranberry Raspberry Sauce

OH SO GOOD!!! I modified by using Cabernet instead of merlot, but still delicious! I even used the leftovers to flavor a filling for a chocolate cake. I've made cranberry-raspberry sauce for years without the wine, this addition takes the flavor out of this world. I will absolutely make this again, and again!!

Chicken and Broccoli Braid

Brought this to a party and everyone ate it right up. It was more difficult than I thought to put together, but cooked up beautifully and tasted great. Making it again for a progressive dinner for 70! Thanks for posting.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Always a good dip recipe. Made it countless times and modified countless times. I've used chicken breasts instead of canned chicken, less hot sauce, less ranch and vice versa. Always turns out great!

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

Good recipe, I'd give 3.5 stars. I modified a bit though. I used apple juice for the wine, added spinach and a can of diced tomatoes. Everyone liked it including my 5 yr old who went back for seconds! I'll make this again but with the wine next time.

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

My family must not be casserole types, nobody but me liked it. Followed recipe exact and turned out as it should, just wasn't a hit. Won't be making this again - unless for myself. I ate the leftovers and still thought it was good.
