Beef and Noodles in Crockpot

Been making this for a while now - found it on another site - and really LOVE it. Sometimes you get a bad batch of stew meat and its not as good. But the meat is super super tender otherwise. Its great over rice. The ONLY difference in the recipe I use is I use the fat free cream of mushroom and that makes it a lot less salty. Also add 8oz of sliced up mushrooms. Super yummy.

Crab Rangoon

I know its the healthy way of making them. But I'm never baking these again. Ew. and I had to bake mine at 8-9 minutes cause the tops began to burn. I think the oil from frying makes them taste so much better

Roast Beef Sandwich Roll

I did not care for this. But would depend on the bread dough used. Mine never cooked inside, but outside was almost overdone at 23 min cooktime. For the bread I used the "White Bread For The Bread Machine" by Diana on this site. I didn't have red onions or peppers. So I used reg. onion and green peppers, also added munster cheese as well as the cheddar. Other then the undercooked bread, the Italian seasoning was way too much. I couldn't taste anything else. As is, I won't be making again. I'll have to figure something else out

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

This wasn't really what I was expecting. I was hoping it would taste like the Walmart Great Value Bacon Cheddar Ranch pizza. Its not even close. That frozen Pizza is the BEST pizza I've ever had. On the other hand, this pizza isn't bad. The only portion of the recipe I followed was the time (which is too much) and the amount of cheese & ranch. I threw on a lot of bacon, some cooked onions, and some frozen precooked & seasoned chicken. My first bite I was kinda disgusted. But once it cooled off a little it was better. Definitely something different. A little weird flavor. Probably not a favorite of mine. But not horrible. I think my other issue was the dough never rose (despite the water being the right temp and the yeast being good). As for the cooktime, I precooked my own dough 7 minutes, took it out put the cheese and ranch on, and popped it back in for 14 minutes. It was done. Maybe a little over done. Then I put all the cooked stuff on top and put it in a turned off oven for a couple minutes. I'll try it again with a different dough. I sure wish I could figure out what Walmart uses for Ranch on their pizza.
