Hot Italian Giardiniera

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2011
ABSOULTELY WONDERFUL. I added some extra veg (asparagus, mushrooms) and can not stop eating it. It hasn't even been 12 hours and I'm afraid I may eat it all before the 48 hours are up. Thanks for the fantastic recipe.

This is the best chili recipe ever! I was hesitant about the cocoa, but don't be, it really adds to the flavor. Thanks for the recipe.

Egg Foo Yung II

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
Great tasting recipe. I like the fact that I control the amount of oil. My husband LOVES Egg Foo Yung and thought this was as good as most restaurants. Thanks for sharing.

Mocha Tiramisu by EAGLE BRAND®

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2006
This is the best dessert I have ever tasted. The mocha/chocolate/cream cheese flavor is out of this world. All the ingredients blend together beautifully. It makes a very large dessert, I thought it would be too much, but the family devoured it. I was sad that there was only a little bit left to bring home. This is a definte keeper. Will make again and again. Thank you for sharing.

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2006
This is the BEST cole coleslaw ever! I've made it twice now and both times it was fantastic. The first time, I followed the recipe exactly, but added some finely diced jalepeno to half the recipe (for a little kick for my husband) and both versions were out of this world. The second time, I only had about half the sugar and no lemons but it was still terrific, altough, the lemon does really add to the flavor. Thanks for the great recipe, I had been looking for one for years!

Mexican Bean Stew

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2005
I loved this recipe. I'm embarassed to admit, I went back for several helpings after dinner. Using canned beans made for really speedy prep. The end result was fantastic. I had never had garbanzo's before and they were one of the ingredients I enjoyed most. Thanks for the recipe.
