Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
My church is having a picnic for the Fourth of July and asked everyone with an ice cream maker to bring a churn! I was testing recipes, and this one wins, hands down! It's different from the everyday flavors, and it's AMAZING! I took someone else's suggestion and threw in some store-bought blueberry pie filling and a graham cracker crust, and it made it so quick and easy so that I can quickly make more than one churn for the picnic!

Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers
Pretty good for a turkey burger! :) I added a little pesto to mine along with garlic and herb seasoning.
