I made this while on vacation for my extended family. They LOVED it and they are NOT fish eaters! We were at a time share so we didn't have all of the ingredients. We used low fat mayo but real butter, salt substitute, black pepper, Old Bay, & lime instead of lemon juice. No basil or celery salt, we didn't even have onion left by the time I made it! They still loved it! I mixed fresh bread crumbs, because that's what we had, with the topping ingredients and the topping still turned out great! I suggest bread crumbs every time, they hold a bit of the cheese flavor in! We had an electric oven so I cooked the fish without the topping further away from the heat, then after adding the topping, cooked it close to the heat. Texture was perfect, still juicy but firm and perfectly done! I have gas at home so I'll have to see how it'll work at home but all in all, great recipe!!! You can modify it to suit your tastes like all recipes so give it a shot!
