Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Best pot roast ever (and I have certainly tried quite a few!)!! I make this again and again and it never fails me. Easy, delicious, and always a crowd pleaser!

Fantastic! I omitted the red bell pepper and the cayenne pepper, and the taste was excellent! First bite was a bit...tart or sour...hard to put into words. But, second bite and beyond were great! Next time I will serve immediately or else chop up fresh avocados each time I eat it because if any of it is leftover, the avocados start to turn brown. Overall, excellent recipe!

Four Cheese Macaroni

My whole family loves this recipe! However, even for our family of 5, the recipe yields too much so I just cut it in half. The taste is creamy, genuine, and such a comfort!

Butterscotch Gingerbread Cookies

These cookies are outstanding! I don't think I've ever made anything with molasses before, and was quite skeptical, but these turned out wonderfully! I'm going to be sending these overseas to my husband who will no doubt share them with his fellow soldiers.

Nikki's Creamy Crock Pot Potato Soup

LOVE this recipe! I only changed the crushed red pepper flakes to 1/2 teaspoon because I was serving it to young kids and didn't want it to be too spicy. I also let the ingredients simmer in a pot on the stove instead of the crock pot until it thickened because the crock pot wouldn't simmer fast enough. Then I just transferred it over. Great flavor with the bacon and cheese! I will double the recipe next time to have leftovers!
