Baked Haddock

I took the advice of using a wire cooling rack and it was still mushy at the bottom for me. I wish for the love of all things FISH and Yummy that mine came out like the picture, but it didn't I now see the idea to use egg, maybe the milk and the fact that it seemed like watery and delicate fish is why it was soggy. I will try the eggs next time though. The fish is tasty though, and I added other spices to the milk like pepper,garlic powder and onion powder.
