Creamy White Chili
Delicious and probably very forgiving in terms of how we put it together. If we dice the chicken to 1/2 " then it sure doesn't take more than five minutes on medium high to cook it through. I really think the chicken should be cooked, dumped into broth and beans; then cook the onion, then the garlic, then the spices. If your loved ones don't like beans, purée one can rinsed and drained in the broth. I used canned stock. Finally it sure doesn't feed more than four in my family I but maybe five with all the beans. All that said its a keeper!

Slow Cooker Ham
Five stars for ease of preparation alone! Absolutley one can use a precooked smoked ham. I used one that was 7.5 lbs, added 1/3 C water and let it go on low for two hours. Excellent!

Restaurant Style Beef and Broccoli
Terrific tasting and easy to prepare. A couple of cautions though: First, 3/4 lb of meat is about half the amount my four would eat. Second I would caution the use of medium high heat for a total of 8 minutes with 3/4 lbs beef. Following those directions the yummy sauce evaporated. Of course it depends on your equipment.
