Candied Kielbasa
Awesome taste! Needs a little more kick though like others have suggested. Sear/brown the sausage in a skillet will also "toughen" up the meat to make it more chewyand presentable.

Apple Crisp II
Grandiose! Don't change a thing! It's almost too simple. I used 3 very large Jonagold apples which filled the pan up about an inch and a half. Used everything else as written. Splendid flavor! Serve warm.

Slow Cooker Ham
Can't find a easier recipe than this one! Definately use the pineapple juice and slices on top of the ham. I really wanted to try the cloves too but had none in stock. My Grandma always used to bake her hams using Vernors Ginger Ale so I might try that version next time I tweek this recipe. Like everyone says, I'll never use the oven again for a ham. This recipe is delish!
