Whole Wheat Zucchini Herb Bread

Taste was pretty good but my bread didn't turn out the best. It was crumbly and not fluffy at all. Probably due to something I did, would recommend to someone who has baked bread before. I'll keep trying until the zucchini's gone! Thanks for the recipe, I'm excited to get it right.

Cranberry Orange Cookies

Yum yum yum! Thank you so much for this recipe. It reminds me of the scones I get on campus and was craving so badly during break. I doubled the recipe and brought some to the Chirstmas parties we had and everyone liked them. I upped the amount of orange zest in both the cookies and the icing. Also, I used dried cranberries which were soaked in orange juice while the butter softened to help them get a little plump. Thanks again this is my new go-to cookie recipe!

Alabama Fire Crackers

These are awesome! I made them with chili to send to work with my boyfriend during a blizzard and everyone loved them. When his friends came over the next weekend for poker they all asked for more crackers.. sorry boys I already ate them all! Thanks for the great recipe!

Baked Potato Skins

Great recipe! The spices and the parm cheese really set these apart from regular potato skins. I doubled the amount for poker night and they were gone before the first beer was. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Jalapeno Salsa

WOW! This is the kind of salsa you sweat while you cook and eat! I took some other reviewers advice and roasted the jalapenos in the oven, as well as the onions and garlic. I doubled the recipe because I had so many peppers from my garden and used a whole bulb of garlic and I think it's great. I'm freezing some in ice cube trays to put in chili once the weather cools down, I know it'll be the perfect addition. Great recipe with tons of uses!
