Boiled Tongue

Yum! Very easy to make with huge returns! Ifollowed some of the suggestions and put peppercorns, bay leaves and onions. Great sandwiches with wasabe mayo! :)

This was quite yummy! But I have had this dish at restaurants where the prawns were not battered or deep fried. I never deep fry anything at home so it was an 'interesting' task... and the mess I made! Having said that, the sauce was good and I will definitely make this again but just by sauteeing the prawns instead of deep frying them.

Easy Orange Duck

Very easy to make and was delicious! I almost always order Duck a l'orange whenever it is available on the menu, so it is nice to be able to make it at home. My husband likes it but thinks that it is too 'orangey', but then again, he generally does not like fruit in his main course - cranberry sauce with turkey grosses him out... But I think this is a winner!
