These were good, everyone liked them and raved about them. Instead of basting them every 10 mins, what I did was pour all the marinade in, and flipped the pieces every so often, much easier. I didn't have cider vinegar, so I just used plain vinegar and it worked fine. The skin was great, but the meat itself was rather plain and I did marinate them for 4 hours. However, I enjoyed them more when I dipped them in the marinade from the pan. I think next time, I'll double the marinade so I can have some for dipping. Will be making again, thanks.
