Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I followed this recipe as listed.
1. It rose out of the pan-made too much batter for a 9 inch springform
2. It was completely burnt around the outside, even the bottom of the crust was burnt.
3. After turning the oven off, I let it sit for two hours and then checked it and it not only fell, but all the sides cracked off and fell into the center of the cake.
4. Once I pulled it out and peeled away a bit of the burnt pieces, it looked like a cheesecake and definitely smelled like one so I thought, Hey! Maybe it's just not so pretty. Took a few bites in different places, all you can taste is egg.
All in all, a horrible recipe.
