Angel Food Cake III

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2010
Loved it! Again, beat the hell out of the eggs and let cool upside down. The bottle trick did not work for me, but I have a cooling rack, so it wasn't necessary. Do NOT think (as I did once) you can make this recipe without cake flour or fine sugar. Don't waste your time. Batter should be like melted marshmallow when you put in in your pan. Mmmm...

Coconut Lentil Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2010
Delicious and EASY! After the changes I made, I would give it 5 stars for sure! I added quite a bit more ginger and curry powder, used coconut milk instead of soy (and more of it), added cumin and cinnamon, more salt, and cooked it with cashews. Delicious!

Country Seed Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2010
Delicious, moist, complete protien, yum. I added a bunch of seeds (not really measuring) including sunflower and hemp, and didn't toast anything. Other than that, didn't change a thing. Yum.

Honey-Orange Marinated Salmon

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2011
DELISH!! I followed suggestions and lessened the soy sauce. I saved and reduced the liquids and used it as a sauce. Marinated the salmon all day (approx 5 hours) and cooked a single, 1 lb fillet for 30 min. This is honestly one of the best salmon dishes I've ever made. The sauce is to die for. Yum.

Moist Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2011
I know I'm alone here, but I really didn't like this recipe all that much at all. I like my cinnamon rolls to be creamy and fluffy. These are really dense and the carmel is really... well, caramelly. I like the typical gooey frosting much better than carmel. I just found it too thick and dense and not much all that moist.
