Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole
This dish did not impress me. It tasted okay... I ate my serving and my husband had seconds, but my toddler did not touch it. I didn't think this dish looked appetizing, either, which may not matter to some. I used Velveeta cheese and added the onion and it still seemed a little bland. It was certainly edible but not something I plan to make again.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad
Delicious! I made this for a cookout today and it went quickly. I didn't have an onion so I added a little onion powder instead. I will definitely make this again. I may use a little less sugar next time. I made this dish a few hours early and am glad I did. It tasted even better right before I served it.

Three Cheese Manicotti
This recipe was pretty good but I've had tastier manicotti. I should have added some salt to the cheese mixture - it was a little bland, I thought. I added a package of frozen spinach (thawed and drained) to the cheese mixture instead of the parsley. I used a butter knife to stuff the pasta tubes and it worked pretty well.
