Very good and light pasta dish. As recommended by others I used half the juice of a lemon. Next time I will make sure to only cover shrimp because the artichokes really absorbed the lemon juice which I did not enjoy. I seasoned my shrimp with a little cayenne pepper and seasoned salt because of my fear of the dish being bland (next time I'll try a little Old Bay Seafood seaoning). I served it with a peas, mushroom, onion, black pepper and fresh garlic mixture I sauteed in a little olive oil. Once done I added it to the angel hair pasta tossed it and let it sit in a large pot to absorb some the flavors. I can appreciate a light pasta dish. Will make again and again.
