Jam Thumbprints

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2012
These cookies are wonderful! They are the exact recipe my mom use to make. I lost the recipe and had been looking for years, trying every thumbprint recipe I could find.....this is it, easy to make and always a crowd pleaser...... The only step I do differently is to fill the cookies with a variety of jams before I bake them, just like mom use too! Definitely a keeper!

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2012
This was an easy and very "yummy" Quiche. I did make a few changes. I used a deep dish pan so I increased the eggs to 8. I also used fresh spinach, increasing that by a hand full. I am Gluten free so I used the ends of a gluten free multigrain bread and ran it through a processor, added the same amount cheese to the bread crumbs. We like spice so I added garlic and pepper. What a wonderful sunday morning brunch!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2010
This is one of the easiest, creamiest PB Fudge recipes I have ever made as well as the most crowd pleasing. I did add one additional ingredient, Chocolate Cheerios. . . after spreading the fudge in the bottom of a prepared pan I folded in about a cup and a half of Chocolate Cheerios. What a hit with kids as well as my husband. I will try PB cups quartered next time! Thanks for the recipe!

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with Sugar and Spice

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2008
I just finished making these 10 minutes ago... they are amazing. The only change I made was to the oven time and temp. I bake my pumpkin pies at 425 degrees for 15 mins, then turn the oven down for the remaining cook time, I placed the cookie sheet full of dried seeds(4 hours dried) on the top shelf while my pie baked, when the timer went off to turn the oven down, I took the seeds out. They were nice and toasted. Then I just followed the recipe. Like I said AMAZING!!! Thanks for sharing. This is my new and my only recipe I will use going forward.
